Twelve furnished apartments in a new building in the Tipografilor district, three minutes from the tram. You receive your access code by phone and let yourself in at any hour, without waiting at a reception desk.
01About us
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer and a work table by the window. They suit a business trip of a few days, a family visit or a few months spent in the city on a project.
We clean between stays and, for longer stays, once a week. For any question you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp between 08:00 and 22:00, and for access problems, around the clock.
02Apartments
Prices are per night for the whole apartment, with VAT and final cleaning included. Stays of 7 nights or more get a 15% discount, and from 28 nights, 30%.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a table for six. Suited to a family or a team sent to the city for a few weeks.

03Check-in without a reception desk
We have no reception desk: everything you need arrives on your phone on the day of arrival. If something does not work, we reply straight away on WhatsApp.
On the day of arrival, at 12:00, we send you the exact address, the entrance door code and the apartment code on WhatsApp and by email. The codes are valid only for the length of your stay.
Next to the entrance there is a key box with a combination lock. Inside are the remote for the underground car park and a spare key. When you leave, you put them back.
The apartment door opens with your code, on the keypad of the lock. There are no keys to lose, and when you leave the door locks itself as you close it.
Arriving after 22:00? The code works at any hour, and we answer access problems around the clock.
04Amenities
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
In every apartment, with detergent included. The iron and ironing board are in the hallway cupboard.
A table by the window, a comfortable chair, 1 Gbps fibre internet and sockets within reach.
One space per apartment, on request, for 40 lei a day. The lift goes straight up from the car park.

When the booking is confirmed we ask for a 30% deposit. You pay the rest by card or bank transfer at least one day before arrival.
07The area
Tipografilor Street has little traffic, cafés, a bakery and a supermarket on the ground floors. The old town is three tram stops away.

09Frequently asked questions
Yes. The code works at any hour on the day of arrival, from 15:00 onwards, so you can let yourself in after midnight too.
We send it at 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp or call us; we answer access problems around the clock.
Yes. Send us your company details when you book, and you will receive the invoice by email on the day you leave.
You pay the 30% deposit when the booking is confirmed, by card or bank transfer. You pay the rest at least one day before arrival.
Cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival, and the deposit is refunded in full. After that, the deposit is not refunded.
For stays of more than 7 nights we clean and change the bed linen once a week, at no extra cost. If you would like it more often, it costs 80 lei per visit.
Yes, in the luggage room on the ground floor, which also opens with a code. Let us know what time you will arrive.
10Contact
Send us your dates and the number of guests on WhatsApp. We reply with availability and the total price, usually within an hour, between 08:00 and 22:00.
Early check-in or late check-out costs 50 lei, depending on the bookings for that day.
