What is happening in town
Regular local council meeting
Thursday from 16:00, in the council chamber. The agenda and draft decisions are published under Transparency.
10% off for paying in full
Building and land tax paid in full by 31 March is reduced by 10%.
Morii Street partly closed
Until 20 November the water main is being replaced; the counters remain accessible from Unirii Square.
The autumn fair
Local producers, workshops for children and the brass band concert, on Saturday and Sunday, in the main square.

The town hall
A building from 1896, with the counters moved into a glass extension
The town hall was built in 1896 and fully restored over the last three years: the façade, the roof and the council chamber were rebuilt to the original plans kept in the archive.
At the back, a glass extension brings every counter together on the ground floor, with step-free access, a waiting area and queue tickets. The upper floor of the old building houses the council chamber, the mayor’s office and the archive.
