When should the first vaccinations be done?
The vaccination schedule depends on the species and age. We set it at the first consultation and record it in the health booklet.
How often is parasite treatment needed?
It depends on your pet’s lifestyle. The vet will recommend a suitable schedule.
What should I bring to the first visit?
The health booklet, if there is one, and any earlier test results or prescriptions. Cats should come in a carrier.
Does my pet need to fast before surgery?
As a rule, yes. We will tell you exactly how many hours beforehand, depending on the procedure.
Can I stay with my pet during the consultation?
Yes, for routine consultations. For procedures, we call you in as soon as they are over.
