AI Soft is the software brand of LAVALI ONLINE SHOP SRL. We do not work like a classic “website” agency: we analyse processes, design the architecture and write the code we then run in production, day after day.

How did we get here?
We did not skip steps and we did not outsource blindly. We learned every layer: frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure and, in recent years, applied AI.
The beginnings: Web 1.0
We started with classic Web 1.0: HTML, CSS and understanding how a page is structured. Our first projects were static websites, optimised for speed and clarity. This is where we learned that a good website is not just “pretty” but easy to use and easy to maintain.
Dynamic sites: PHP & Databases
The next step was to make applications “alive”: PHP, SQL, user sessions and data security. The first online shops, admin panels and booking modules followed. At this stage we learned to design sound databases, think through workflows and build applications that do not freeze when the number of users grows.
Today: systems for businesses
Today we design and operate entire digital ecosystems: AI-Cazare.ro, SIA Delivery, UniversulAuto.ro, CRMs and booking calendars. We work with online payments, invoicing, SMS and email notifications, client dashboards and business reports. All these modules are designed to work together, not as “isolated islands”.
Future: research and development
Alongside commercial projects, we run R&D initiatives in automation and applied artificial intelligence. We treat them as experimental labs, not finished products, precisely to stay transparent about how mature they are.

Platforms we own, operate or are currently developing, used both as commercial products and as a testing ground for new technologies.
