Delivery, acceptance and refunds

1. When each service is delivered

• Subscription presentation website: it is published after the design is approved and the first month is paid.
• Hosting: it is active once the payment is confirmed.
• Domain: it is registered after payment, usually on the same working day.
• Fixed-price services: they are delivered within the deadline set in the order annex.
• Custom projects: they are delivered in the stages and within the deadline of the accepted quote.

2. Electronic delivery

Delivery is exclusively electronic: publishing the website or project on the server, activating the service and the documents in your client account, as well as the emails we send you. There is no physical delivery.

3. Acceptance and fixes

Acceptance of the work and the fixing of any non-conformities follow the conditions and deadlines in the agreement concluded for each service.

4. Stopping services and refunds

There is no minimum subscription period. A renewable service can be stopped at any time, by not paying the next period or from the client account. Amounts paid for the current period are not refunded.
