Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

1. No AI assistant on the website

There is no chatbot or AI assistant on ai-soft.ro that replies to visitors automatically. Questions reach us via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp and are answered by a member of our team.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not use third-party AI models / external LLMs to process your messages.
• We do not send your data (messages, contact details, business data) to external AI providers.
• We do not use generative AI that replies unpredictably to visitors.
• We do not carry out automated profiling and do not make automated decisions with legal effect about you (Art. 22 GDPR).
• We do not sell your data and do not train external models with it.

3. AI as an internal development tool

In our programming work, our team may use AI tools as internal assistance when writing and testing code — just like an advanced editor. In all cases, the code is reviewed, tested and approved by people before delivery. We deliver original code, written from scratch for each project, not unstable code taken over without control. 4. Human oversight

Commercial decisions (quote, agreement, order annex) are always made by a person. A firm quote is always issued by a member of our team.

5. The products we develop

Some products we build for clients may include AI features (our own or, at the client's request, third-party models). In those cases, the technology and data processing belong to and are controlled by the client who owns the product, and are described in that product's policies — separately from the ai-soft.ro website.

6. Changes

We will update this policy if the technologies we use change. The current version reflects the situation as of the date above.
