We don't sell AI.We make it work for you.
Many companies say they "integrate AI". We try to understand what lies behind the technology: how it works, where it fits and where the investment is not worth it. The goal: systems that work in real business, not just in presentations.
Over 70 years of AI, in brief
To use a technology well, you need to know where it comes from and how it works. This allows us to choose the right solution for each problem — not the most fashionable one.
-
1950 – 1956 · The beginnings
The Turing Test: can a machine think?
Alan Turing asked this question in 1950 and, since then, scientists have built the first systems that followed logical rules to solve problems. It was like an instruction manual followed step by step — useful, but rigid.
For AI Soft, this stage is the foundation: before you automate something, you need to define it clearly. We work with our clients to formalise their processes so that software solutions are predictable, auditable and easy to correct.
-
1980 – 2000 · Machines start to learn
Algorithms that replace fixed rules
Instead of telling machines exactly what to do, you now show them examples and they build the rules themselves. The best-known moment: IBM's Deep Blue beat Garry Kasparov at chess in 1997 — not because it knew every possible move, but because it had learned to recognise patterns.
In our projects, the same principle produces prediction engines for stock, sales or customer behaviour — tools that help companies make decisions based on data, not intuition.
-
2012 – 2017 · AI gains eyes
Neural networks "see" like a human
As computing power grew, AI systems learned to recognise images with an accuracy comparable to that of humans. The same technology that unlocks your phone with your face can be trained to read documents or detect visual defects.
AI Soft uses these principles for automatic document recognition: invoices, contracts, identity documents — extracted and processed without manual intervention.
-
2017 · The moment that changed everything
How ChatGPT came about, and everything that follows
A group of Google researchers published a paper that changed the way machines process language. GPT, Claude, Gemini and the other large language models used today were built on this architecture.
We understand how these models work on the inside — which is why we can build digital assistants for companies that speak the language of your organisation, not generic chatbot language.
-
Today
AI agents that get things done, not just answer
The conversation has moved from "a chatbot on the website" to systems that take actions: they look up information, fill in forms, generate reports, send alerts and call external APIs — with minimal human intervention.
In the platforms we build for our clients, we can integrate such AI agents: lead qualification, document completion, KPI monitoring and automatically triggering actions when something goes out of range.
What we actually do
6 types of AI. We know when to use each one.
"AI" is not a single product — it is a set of different disciplines. The common mistake is to apply the same solution to every problem. We choose the right tool for each situation, so that the investment shows in time saved and reduced costs, not just in impressive demos.
-
01 · Language understanding (NLP)
Systems that read and understand text written by people: emails, messages, documents, reviews. They can classify, summarise, reply or extract information — automatically, at any volume.
At AI Soft: automatic sorting of customer emails, conversational assistants for support and sales in client projects, meeting summaries generated instantly.
-
02 · Visual recognition
Algorithms that "see" images or video and identify text, objects, anomalies or patterns — much faster and more consistently than a person checking manually.
At AI Soft: automatic reading of invoices and identity documents, visual inspection of products in stock or assessment of vehicle damage.
-
03 · Predictions from historical data
Models that analyse what happened in the past to estimate what comes next: demand, risk, customer behaviour, operational volume.
At AI Soft: estimating stock requirements in HoReCa and retail, forecasting order volumes and optimising delivery routes in SIA Delivery.
-
04 · Content generation (Generative AI)
Models that write text, generate code or create images from simple instructions. Useful for anything repetitive, high-volume and that takes up a skilled person's time.
At AI Soft: product descriptions for online shops, marketing campaign drafts and recurring communications generated automatically.
-
05 · Optimisation through experience
Systems that try out options, receive feedback and improve automatically — much like a good employee becomes more and more efficient with experience.
At AI Soft: dynamic pricing prototypes (automatic adjustment according to demand and seasonality) and optimisation of bidding strategies.
-
06 · Intelligent automation (RPA + AI)
Software robots that carry out repetitive tasks in digital applications — filling in forms, moving data between systems, extracting information — but that can also make simple decisions along the way.
At AI Soft: automatic collection of data and leads, completion of official forms and data migration between systems without operational downtime.
Where do we go from here?
The companies that win over the next 5 years are not the ones that adopted AI the fastest — but the ones that adopted it correctly: on real processes, with real data, with prepared teams.
The solutions we build at AI Soft are designed to grow with you: from local start-up to regional organisation, without having to throw everything away and start from scratch.
- Your system keeps working even when you are not there
The ERPs and platforms of the future are not simple databases. They will be able to notice that stock is running low, identify available suppliers, prepare the order and send the proposal — you simply confirm or adjust. We are already working on this for our current clients.
- Every customer sees something different — and that is a good thing
The portals and applications we build adapt to the user: what role they have, what they have done before, what they need to deal with now. A new customer sees something different from a loyal one. A manager sees something different from an operator. A personalised experience reduces friction and increases satisfaction — with no extra effort from your team.
