About the project
ContabilAproape.ro is a platform where clients send a free request (area chosen on a map and the services needed) and accountants in that area contact them. Accountants create an account with a public profile and get a portal for their client companies, where they send trial balances, annual accounts and payment orders. Modules described on the site include importing e-Factura invoices from SPV, a tax calendar with alerts, a contract register with electronic signing, CSV bank statement import and connections to SmartBill, Oblio or FGO. The site has pages on accounting services, blog articles and monthly plans for accountants, paid via Netopia.
